Spilsby Area Walking Weekend Friday 29th to Sunday 31st May 2020
Meet up for our very own mini walking festival!
Six guided walks for all abilities ranging from 1.5 miles to 8 miles and incorporating Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust Snipedales Country Park open day on the Saturday. There will be additional activities of den building and stream dipping for the young at heart. Some activities and walks have restricted numbers so please click here to book a place or Tel. 01790 378213. (All walks require a moderate level of fitness, some stiles with occasional steep and muddy conditions are always to be expected - it is your responsibility to make sure you are up to the challenge.)
NO charge is made for the walks but DONATIONS to S&HWAW will be appreciated.

Meet 9.30am at the Coffee Cup Cafe, West Keal for a 5 mile circular walk around the East/West Keal area - BOOK NOW
Meet 2.30pm at the Franklin Statue, Spilsby for a 4 mile circular walk around the Halton Holegate area. This is an easy countryside walk with NO stiles.
Saturday 30th May 2020 - SNIPEDALES COUNTRY PARK OPEN DAY - Signed off the B1195 between Lusby and Winceby, PE23 4JB. Parking £1 all day.
All events involve walking along paths and tracks, some steep, wet and uneven.
10am 8 mile circular walk - BOOK NOW
10.30am 0.5 mile, shelter building event in a woodland glade for accompanied children.
12 noon 1 mile, actively discover aquatic life in a chalk stream. Bring wellies!
1.30pm 2 miles, guided walk with the warden looking at wildlife and precious habitats.
Light refreshments are available throughout the day. Donations will be split between Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust and Walkers are Welcome.

Meet 10am(tbc) at Horncastle market place for a 6 mile hilly circular walk via Fulletby and West Ashby - Please note this is a HILLY walk.
Meet 3.30pm at Hundleby Parish Rooms for a 1.5 mile walk to launch 'Historic Hundleby' leaflet guided walk - Tea, coffee and cake will be available after the walk - Suggested donation £1.50 per person.
